The diagnostic will cost £29.99 + VAT. We will then quote you for the repair. If you go ahead with the repair, we waver the diagnostic cost and you just pay the quote. If your issue cannot be repaired then we will not charge you the diagnostic fee. The average repair costs £75-95 for labour. The cost of parts varies greatly. We are always upfront and transparent about the cost before going ahead with any repairs.

We warranty parts & labour as below…
- Screens are six months (ISO 13406-2 applies).
- Assemblies are three months.
- Parts are all dependant on if they are refurbished, used or new.
- All new products that don’t fall under the above are one year manufacturer.
If possible, we would recommend that you backup your data. We will take precautions to ensure the safety of your data but it’s wise to have a backup in case of any unforeseen circumstances during the repair process. Please see our repair policy for guidance.
