Device Repair Terms

Terms and Conditions for Computer and Device Repair:

These legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of computer and device repair services (“Services”) by 2UPC (“Company”) to its customers (“Customers”). By engaging in a business relationship with 2UPC and/or availing its Services, Customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Agreement:

2UPC agrees to provide repair and diagnostic services for computers and devices as requested by Customers. However, 2UPC does not guarantee the successful repair of any computer or device and is not responsible for any data loss or damage that may occur during the repair process.

Warranty:

2UPC provides a 60-day warranty for its repair services. This warranty covers only the parts and labour provided by 2UPC and does not cover any additional damage or issues that may arise after the repair. Any warranty claim must be made in writing within the warranty period, and 2UPC reserves the right to assess and determine the validity of the claim.

Liability:

2UPC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, whether or not 2UPC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Customers agree to indemnify and hold 2UPC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the repaired computer or device after the Services are rendered.

Customer Obligations:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their computer or device, including but not limited to, the model, serial number, and any passwords required to access the device. Customers must also back up their data before providing their device for repair, as 2UPC is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

Payment:

Customers agree to pay 2UPC for the Services rendered in accordance with the agreed-upon pricing or as otherwise specified by 2UPC. Any additional costs incurred during the repair process, such as replacement parts or additional labour, will be communicated to Customers for approval before proceeding with the repair. 2UPC reserves the right to retain possession of the repaired computer or device until full payment is received.

Confidentiality:

2UPC agrees to keep all customer information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties, except as required by law or with the express written consent of the customer.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice to the other party. Termination does not relieve Customers of their obligation to pay for Services rendered prior to the termination date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (England). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the United Kingdom (England).

Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 2UPC and Customers with respect to the provision of Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

Amendments:

These Terms may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

By engaging in business with 2UPC and/or availing its Services, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 2UPC and you.
